Who can join?
Membership in the Handphibians is open to all community members. You don't need to be an experienced percussionist to play with us, just a commitment and passion for learning Brasilian music.

What's expected of me?
Interested folks should be ready to commit to at least one 2-hour rehearsal per week, plus any extra sectionals and performances.

How do I learn?
New members receive instruction from our more experienced members in a group setting. Sometimes, sectionals or new member specific rehearsals are held. Once newbies have established some level of expertise on an instrument, they may begin playing at events with the group.
